A little about the resistor, since it needs to be chosen correctly. The fact is that the control unit recognizes the presence of a passenger in the seat by changing the resistance of the mat.
If you use a resistor with a resistance of 22 kOhm, the unit will perceive this as the absence of a passenger, and if you install an element at 32 kOhm, it will simulate the presence of a passenger. This determines whether the passenger airbag will deploy in a collision or not.
